What is Ugi? U got it. Show it off.
Aimee describes this as the ultimate 30-minute workout, which combines strength, cardio and core training into a fun, challenging, stylish way of becoming functionally fit. It involves the Ugi ball, which was developed after 2 years of research and development. It has the squish of a beanbag, and the bounce-back of a stress ball, fifteen inches in diameter, and is weighted to meet individual fitness needs. This is a workout that can go anywhere.
New Class Offerings in October:
- Cycle/Core - A new class that combines spinning and core workouts begins on Monday October 6th at 5:30pm
- 30 C.A.L. Fit - A 30 minute workout that focuses on Cardio, Arms, and Legs. It is a brand new class that will start on Saturday October 11th at 8:30am.
When asked about her future plans for the gym, Aimee mentioned that her husband David Sinopoli is a martial arts instructor and they may offer classes in self-defense in the near future. She is also interested in opening the gym up for kids after school. Karate classes for kids are an option as well.
