A Home for the Holidays

drbushwindowStrolling down Park Street with its lighted garland Victorian-era street lamps is like stepping back in time. The historic library and town hall are beautifully decorated and provide a welcoming site. Storefronts are glistening with decorations of Christmas trees, Dickens Carolers, and Dickens Village. Children will especially enjoy the "Beary Merry" Christmas scene filled with stuffed bears and presents galore! The life sized manger scene adds to the atmosphere.

If you haven't seen it yet, stop over to the Town Hall lobby and take a look at the Holiday Village! It is all lit artisanwindowup, with moving parts and so many fun pieces to see. A special thank you goes to Dan Paciorek who donated it to the Town a few years ago, and to his team of elves that installed and set up the display. The display will be up for at least a month, so stop in when you can!

Restaurants and retail stores are augmented with hand-made artisan items on display. The Adams Artisans Group is transforming currently vacant storefronts to art displays for sale by local artisans – Now there is a unique gift idea! This concept is sure to promote new retail options in the region, so choose to buy local! While you're walking through downtown Adams, be sure to check out the homes for sale and step into your new home!

Enjoy the holidays!!! Enjoy the town of Adams!
